About REWIRE
Rewire Consulting was founded by Pooja Sachdev, one of the co-authors of Rewire: A Radical Approach to Tackling Diversity and Difference’ (by Yates and Sachdev).
We have worked with a wide range of organisations over the years – from blooming start-ups to large multi-nationals across different sectors.
What drives us is a passion and a commitment to bring out the best in people, teams and organisations – so we can all fulfill our potential and serve our purpose.
We do this by helping to chip away at the little and big things that stand in the way of that – whether it’s coaching individuals, designing focus groups, or working with policies and processes at a systemic level – to bring about change that is holistic, strategic and sustainable.
Our consultants are based across UK, Europe, USA and Asia and work on both local and global projects. They are specialists with decades of experience in organisational development, employee engagement, employee experience, employer brand, research, coaching, leadership development, learning and change.
We are currently working on a number of fresh programmes in the area of diversity and inclusion, leadership and behaviour change – aimed at tackling some of the questions that face us today:
-
Can we really shift unconscious bias?
-
What kind of inclusion and diversity training is effective?
-
What are the leader and manager behaviours that truly matter?
-
How can we engage the whole organisation in the change process?
-
How can we tackle sensitive topics like racial inequity or sexual harassment in a way that drives honest conversations and real change?
-
Where do we start?
If this interests you and you want to know more, please drop us a line. We would love to talk more!
